Based on 50 guests in the day and 100 evening guests.

Warm Chicken and Chorizo Salad Pan fried chicken and chorizo on a bed of gourmet leaves

Trio of fish mousse on a bed of leaves with a lemon dressing

Slow cooked Lamb Shank with minted gravy on a bed of creamy mash and seasonal vegetables

Pan fried Duck breast with a cherry jus served with garlic and thyme roast new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Slow Roasted Belly of Pork on a bed of bubble and squeak with a red wine jus

Pan fried Haddock with King Prawns cooked in garlic butter served with sauté potatoes
